STOCKHOLM, Jan. 16(Greenpost) — Canada and China should talk and negotiate a better solution for the future.

China and Canada have a lot of common interest and mutual complementary factors.

Both sides should sit down and be cool headed and negotiate a better solution.

It will harm both sides if one escalates conflicts which was neither due to China nor Canada.

Both sides should cool down and talk for a better solution.

In short: things are difficult before they become easier, it was by overcoming technical and R&D difficulties that they could enter the international market thereby gaining the support and trust of customers all around the world.

FangDa Group: On The Global Track To The Rhythm of Belt and Road

As Xiong Haigang, assistant to the president of Fangda Group and general manager of Fangda Automation System Co. , Ltd. admitted, although the R&D and post-manufacture positioning of Fangda’s products far exceed domestic and international standards, establishing a Chinese equipment manufacturing brand overseas was no easy task. What Fangda lacks is the opportunity to gain international recognition for its high-standard products and services.

On November 29,1995, at the base of innovation in Shekou, Shenzhen, Fangda Group was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange as the first listed private enterprise in China.

Since 2008, Fangda began to expand overseas markets, but the first three years didn’t yield any favorable results. The turning point came in 2012, when Fangda Group took part in the solicitation process for the Singapore MRT Takashi Extension Project. After more than four months and 11 rounds of discussions, a deal was finally made and they gained recognition from the Singapore Metro Industry and local government authorities, opening a window of opportunity for overeas market development. Due to Singapore’s leading role in governance and urban operations management in Asia, the overseas brand image that the group has established through the Singapore Metro has also had an impact everywhere, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand subway companies from other countries have reached out to them, and even took initiative to manufacture their own subway screen doors in accordance with the high standards of Fangda.

Overseas customers went from questioning Fangda’s ability to manage projects and product quality to voluntarily asking Fangda to establish local branches to in order to develop and preserve a more long-term and stable cooperation, this attitude represents the opinion international customers had towards accepting China’s equipment manufacturing brand, going through a process of recognition from “unfamiliarity to acknowledgment to understanding and support”.

CSG Holding: “Made in China” on the skyline of Global Metropolises

From Manhattan, New York to Canary Wharf, London, from Dubai to Central Milan, countless “made-by-CSG” glasses have added color to the skyline of the world’s most famous cities. Born in 1984 in Shekou, Shenzhen, the CSG Holding has since its inception been representing China in the international market competition.

Most leading countries of glass technology in the world are in Europe and the United States, which means they’re all located in relatively cold regions where the climate environment is similarly cold. In China, the climate diversity from north to south has put forward higher requirements for glass properties, opened up a wide market for the development of diversified products for CSG, and met the special requirement for heat resistance of glass in Australia, the Middle East and other regions due to long sunshine time. CSB has succeeded in attracting international customers by taking the difficult road of independent R&D when it encountered the limits of overseas technological barriers. As early as 1998, CSG produced the 1.1 mm ultra-thin float glass for the first time, it was the first float glass production line with independent intellectual property rights in China. Now, there are nearly 350 float glass production lines in China, all developed on the basis of CSG.

From the very beginning of learning from different international brands and drawing on the strengths of each countries, while co-developing designs with national design institutes, CSG discovered a way independent R&D in manufacturing.

Shenzhen Watch and Clock Association: Transmitting Shenzhen’s Time Culture To The World

Even though we can’t change the past, we can strive for a spot in the future.

Winner Medical: Leading The Global Medical Dressing Industry With The Motto “Quality Before Profit”

As the leading manufacturer of medical dressing, starting at OEM business and moving to an independent brand, from imitating and copying to developing independent creations, Winner Medical have travelled the harder, less walked path.

Only by driving more Chinese companies to win overseas recognition by improving their quality can Chinese brands increase their international influence. In 2007, Li Jianquan, the founder and chairman of Winner Medical, initiated and established the medical disposable market of China Medical Insurance Chamber of Commerce to lead the healthy development of the medical disposable market and help more enterprises establish brand awareness and begin taking the road towards independent brand development.

After the international ISO quality management system came into being, Winner Medical took the lead in entering the medical disposable market, and introduced the German company TUV as the certification body, and established a thorough medical dressing quality supervision system. 2016年央视春晚上,优必选自主研发生产的人形机器人 “萌翻人类”,它们会说话、会主持、会跳舞,一夜成为当今炙手可热的“网红”。成立仅仅6年的优必选是全球人形机器人领域首个“独角兽”企业。2017年,优必选入选《财富》杂志“全球创业公司AI 50强”。

方大集团:踏着“一带一路”的节奏驶向世界的轨道

1995年11月29日,在深圳蛇口这片创新热土上,方大集团在深圳证券交易所上市,成为国内第一家股票上市的民营企业。伴随企业的成长以及国家“一带一路”倡议的提出,方大集团成功开启了通往海外市场的新征程。

稳健医疗:以“质量优先利润”领跑全球医用敷料业

稳健医疗,作为全球医用敷料制造商的引领者,从创立之初的OEM业务到建立自主品牌,从模仿、复制到实现自主创新,走过了一条艰辛而又不寻常的路。

只有带动更多中国企业以高质量赢取海外的认可才能提升中国品牌的国际影响力。 2007年,稳健医疗集团创始人、董事长李建全发起并成立了“中国医保商会医用敷料分会”,致力于引领医用敷料行业良性发展,帮助更多企业树立品牌意识,走自主品牌发展的道路。

由深圳市国际交流合作基金会、深圳工业总会与本报联合策划组织,在“城市+ CityPlus”平台发布的“深圳智造,全球生长——首席记者带你探寻深圳品牌的国际化故事” 融媒体系列报道历经半年时间完美收官,通过对优必选、海能达、雅昌、方大等10个品牌的浸入式报道,挖掘一个个直抵人心的海外市场拓展故事。期间,记者深切感受到,深圳品牌在迈向国际化的征途上直面全球创新链最高端的竞争,始终以技术创新和产业升级为初心,在不同领域为“中国制造”转型“中国智造”做出了深圳独特的贡献。

前沿科技:从欧美发达国家启航撬动全球市场

海能达将美国作为拓展国际市场的第一站,华大起步于美国华盛顿大学人类基因组计划的实验室,而优必选成为第一家进入苹果全球旗舰店销售的智能机器人供应商……与很多中国早期“走出去”的传统企业不同,深圳的前沿科技品牌将欧美发达国家作为开启全球化之路的启航地。

优必选作为深圳“独角兽”的创新代表从诞生之日起就以品牌国际化为“初心”。从2008年开始,优必选集中精力自主研发人形机器人的关键技术——舵机。历时五年,克服了无数的瓶颈和难关,终于解决了从电机、齿轮设计到控制算法等一系列问题,研发出在参数、性能都比肩甚至超过欧美一流公司的产品。从技术研发到中英文品牌再到全球发售……“国际化”扎根于优必选的创业基因,而不是一种逐渐学习的技能,“国际化”为像优必选这样的独角兽企业从一开始就插上了快速腾飞的翅膀。

1997年第一次来到美国,海能达创始人陈清州就立志将美国成为“走出去”的第一站。在他逻辑里,只有在全球最发达的市场里站稳脚跟,才是产品质量的有力背书。

从1995年4月研发出中国专业无线通信 “开山之作”——C160模拟对讲机到2017年5月海能达全球峰会宣布其智慧融合专网解决方案,海能达改变了行业游戏规则,将专网通信带进了“智慧融合”的新时代。“我们正在改变这个行业,希望通过技术的创新带来不断的变化,融合公网、互联网、拥抱智能产业,这是我们行业的新机会,其发展与延伸期至少有10年,”陈清州分析称,“智慧的宽窄带融合将为专网通信产业带来百亿商机。”

创始人汪建起步于美国华盛顿大学人类基因组计划的实验室,后来演变成美国华人生物医药协会,“华大”成立伊始就携带了国际化基因。“华大不是一个传统意义上的企业,而是一个科研、产业、民生联动的社会型企业(social enterprise),”在华大副总裁朱岩梅看来,正是基于华大的特殊性,其所从事的一切都必须要以科学基础为支撑,并得到基础科研的验证。

2015年至今,华大陆续发布了多款完全自主研发的国产化测序仪,把基因测序的成本进一步降低,切实推动基因科技成果转化,实现基因科技造福人类。从某种意义上来说,华大在引领并主导“超摩尔定律”的形成过程中也成功迈上中国生命科学事业“走出去”的征程。

高端制造:攻克技术难关赢得客户信赖方大与南玻的国际化之路,可谓中国高端装备制造行业国际化的一个缩影,简而言之:先难后易,克服技术和研发难关,拥有攻克国际市场的利器以换取全球客户的支持和信任。

19年前,方大集团敏锐洞察到了地铁屏蔽门所带来的安全、节能等方面的先机,研发出具有自主知识产权的地铁屏蔽门系统,填补了国内地铁屏蔽门领域的空白,

正如方大集团总裁助理、方大自动化系统有限公司总经理熊海刚坦言,尽管方大的产品从一开始研发及后期制造定位就远超国内国际标准,但在海外树立中国装备制造业的品牌并非易事,方大缺乏的是让国际市场认可其高标准产品和服务的机遇。

2013年“一带一路”倡议的提出犹如一场及时雨,中国高端装备制造企业形成合力,抱团出海形成了共识,熊海刚分析称,“一带一路”沿线大多是发展中国家和新兴经济体,对铁路、机场、港口等基础设施的需求量持续增长,而方大以其技术和服务的持续创新赢得了市场,逐渐成为全球地铁屏蔽门制造业的引领者。

从“一带一路”沿线的地铁屏蔽门再到世界名城天际线中五彩斑斓的“南玻制造”,从初创时立足中国放眼全球的初心,到通过持续技术创新吸引国际巨头的橄榄枝,南玻的成功之处在于:遭遇海外技术壁垒限制时,要么支付高昂的技术引进费用,要么就走艰苦的自主研发之路,南玻选择了后者。早在1998年首次生产出了1.1mm超薄浮法玻璃,这是中国首条具有自主知识产权的浮法玻璃生产线。如今,中国已有接近350多条浮法玻璃生产线,都是在南玻的基础上发展起来的,从这一角度来说,南玻在中国玻璃工业与国际接轨的过程中发挥了重要的作用在南玻集团董事会秘书杨昕宇看来,以深圳为代表的特区企业几乎都经历了一个从向国外同行学习到自主创新再到建立民族品牌的过程,一开始就是“万国造”,学习的过程中借鉴不同国际品牌,吸取各国之长,同时联合国内设计院共同研发,走出一条制造业自主研发的道路。

文化创意:以“艺术智慧”引领文化消费新风口

在全球化“互联网”时代,创新要素从传统的“地理带”向具有“城市特质”的国际化城市集聚。富有魅力的文化品格、城市形象和价值观才是全球关注的中心,从“文化沙漠”到“文化绿洲”,“文化创新”则是深圳在改革开放过程中所展现的“城市特质”。

从全球艺术服务机构雅昌到国际化职业乐团深圳交响乐团再到引领深圳智造时间文化的深圳市钟表行业协会,深圳探索出一条兼具“全球视野”和“深圳特质”的文化品牌走向国际的创新之路。

特区建立之初的印刷业竞争非常激烈,如何能独树一帜?雅昌采取的是差异化战略,减少商业印刷,集中最优秀资源聚焦最能体现其近乎极致技术水准的艺术印刷领域,使其技术水平和产品质量有了质的飞跃。

技术创新与世界接轨,雅昌在从传统印刷转型为以艺术设计为导向的文化企业的征途上更快地进入到了一种新的境界:让人们生活更加美好。 “未来,纸质书籍也许就是一件‘艺术品’或是‘奢侈品’”,印刷更趋个性化、小批量定制。伴随而来的是将数字信息链接到订阅纸面深度阅读,拿起手机直接扫一扫就直接链接到云端,这就是我们开发出的‘雅昌云图’,” 雅昌文化集团执行总裁、海外业务拓展元老彭干介绍说,雅昌充分借力现代信息科技、版权授权和知识产权保护体系,成功打造“中国艺术品数据库”和“雅昌艺术网”提供智慧化的艺术服务综合解决方案。

如果说雅昌的印刷艺术是跨域国界的“视觉语言”,那深圳交响乐团的国际化之路则是对“深圳旋律”徜徉世界舞台的完美诠释。乐团和企业有很大的不同,依靠的是长时间的文化积淀,包括一流人才、独特曲目、良好声誉,这些元素没有哪一个是可以在短时间内就积累起来的。深交是全国为数不多的能够在短时间内建立起全球声誉的严肃音乐乐团之一,这得益于其不同于传统的成长和运营模式。深交从上世纪90年代开始就借鉴国际化交响乐团职业化经验,打破“论资排辈”的传统方式,通过全球公开招聘让大量年轻人有机会担纲各个声部的首席位置。

尽管我们无法回到过去,但我们可以抢占未来,深圳钟表协会引领本土钟表企业向“时尚科技”转型,向人工智能延伸发展可穿戴产业,向其他制造业输出精密智造能力,为全球消费者传递深圳智造的“时间文化”。在品牌国际化成长之路上,深圳钟表企业一方面与欧洲高端品牌合作,另一方面以数字化为导向研发适应新一代消费者的产品,展开了一场关于“时间”的深度互动。 “时间对于每个人都是公平的!关键看谁最先找到未来时间的表达方式,”深圳市钟表协会会长朱舜华如是说。

国际化有几个境界:从最初步的语言国际化,到产品的国际化,再到营销的国际化,文化的国际化,最高的境界,莫过于研发的国际化。

对于一家中国企业来说,在做产品很容易赚钱的时代,把大量资金投入到研发中,不是很容易做到的事情——这需要无比的勇气和胸怀——因为投入研发很可能要在十年以后才能看到效果。改革开放四十年,深圳从代工厂,成为今天中国乃至名扬世界的创新之都,就是因为有一批志存高远的创新经济代表企业,在别人赚钱最简单的时候,选择研发,去占领十年、二十年后的制高点。

中国管理理论界有一个关于“技术”和“市场”两个企业发展路径的大讨论:有的企业借助于商业模式创新,迅速形成规模优势,然后转而练内功,提升研发水平。也有的企业,从一开始就注重技术研发,直接以领先技术引领产品抢占全球市场。两种发展路径,在企业发展一定规模之后,趋向于异曲同工。而通过实践案例来看,大部分成功“走出去”的深圳企业都以技术研发立足,在渡过前期艰难之后,爆发出的无限动能是其他企业所无法比拟的。

优必选:与机器人一起玩转世界

2016年央视春晚上,优必选自主研发生产的人形机器人 “萌翻人类”,它们会说话、会主持、会跳舞,一夜成为当今炙手可热的“网红”。成立仅仅6年的优必选是全球人形机器人领域首个“独角兽”企业。2017年,优必选入选《财富》杂志“全球创业公司AI 50强”。

因为有梦,优必选选择了机器人;因为创新,优必选选择了深圳。优必选虽然是一家创业公司,但在创立之初就具有全球视野。

方大集团:踏着“一带一路”的节奏驶向世界的轨道

1995年11月29日,在深圳蛇口这片创新热土上,方大集团在深圳证券交易所上市,成为国内第一家股票上市的民营企业。伴随企业的成长以及国家“一带一路”倡议的提出,方大集团成功开启了通往海外市场的新征程。

从2008、2009年方大开启了拓展海外市场的征程,尽管前三年的收效并不明显,但这三年中,通过深度研究客户需求和海外市场,方大集团对于如何在海外树立方大的品牌积累了大量经验。

方大品牌国际化之路上的转机出现在2012年,在参与新加坡地铁大士延长线项目招标过程中,方大集团经历了前后4个多月整整11轮的方案磨合最终获得订单,并赢得了新加坡当地地铁业界和政府管理部门的一致认可,为方大开拓海外市场打开了一扇“机遇之门”。由于新加坡在国家治理和城市运营管理方面堪称亚洲典范,方大集团通过新加坡地铁树立的海外品牌形象也产生了辐射效应,马来西亚、菲律宾、泰国等国家的地铁公司纷至沓来,纷纷向其抛来了橄榄枝,甚至主动要求按照方大的标准来做本国地铁屏蔽门。

新闻分析:2019年国际形势走向及预测

最近读了中国人民大学国际关系学院副院长金灿荣教授的演讲。他说欧美联合打压中国的主要原因是美国把中国当成了真正的对手。我觉得这里很有道理。但是,中国也有需要改进的地方。

最近,美国加二连三地找茬儿,先是在加拿大抓捕任正非的女儿,最近又在波兰抓捕所谓间谍。对于以往正常的信息获取,也成了间谍的嫌疑。

同时,欧洲各国都开始对中国说三道四,主要一条就是中国不民主,对此揪住不放。

这背后真正的原因就是对中国真的不满。首先就是中国修宪,这让特朗普等人都十分嫉妒和恼怒。第二,欧美的信息很多都是公开透明的。实际上,有很多信息都是公开的,但是,中国坚持屏蔽油管和谷歌,和脸书,这就造成中国获取信息必须通过人工来进行。通过人工就必须花钱,这样,就造成了所谓的间谍。

第三,即使在欧洲的中国人,也感觉有时候,中国人确实学习的特别快。这样,这里辛辛苦苦很长时间发现的创新,很快就没有价值了。这也让欧洲人恼怒。

特朗普总统是一心想对付中国,而且身边围了一些鹰派,生意如果做的不顺,我就要用大棒。因此,总是威胁这威胁那。同时,你不能掉以轻心。不过中美关系其实从来也没有顺利过。都是在美国比较矫情,中国有时反驳一下,有时就让着他们了。虽然是三姆大叔,但却有孩子脾气。

中国人有时也是让人很生气,因为中国人尤其是一些商人有犹太人的精明和勤奋,也有些人不但喜欢钻中国政府的空子,还喜欢钻美国政府的空子,所以,让人烦。

例如,河北人或其他地方的游客,本来是旅游来的,结果想办法滞留不归,结果造成很坏的影响,这也是人家对华人不信任的一个原因。

另外, 也有人说,西方不可能甘心情愿说中国的好话,由于意识形态和冷战的后遗症,谁说中国好,是会被骂的。例如,瑞典前社民党首相佩尔松90年代到中国访问,发现中国很有进步,就说了句实话,说中国发展很快,进步很快,结果回来就被反对党在议会险些弄个不信任案。从那以后,几乎没人敢再说中国好话。

经济方面,没的说。也说不出什么坏的来。但是政治方面,人权方面,就经常捕风捉影,无限放大。如果你一开始没说,还说你撒谎,揪住不放。其实,私下里到过中国的人都知道,中国的日子就是一年更比一年强。

但是,如果你让人从心里说出这些话来,也是难上加难,因为,他们已经习惯了欧洲是古老文明,工业化,创新都比较领先的。中国所经历的一切矛盾和问题,他们也是见怪不怪,因为欧洲都经历过了。因此,如果居高临下的时候,还可以说点好的。但是,平起平坐了,他们就开始计较起来了。

因此,笔者认为,欧美现在的问题不是不差钱,而是非常差钱,同时老龄化严重。因此,不可能那么从容地对中国象以前那样睁一只眼闭一只眼。现在是要想尽办法找你的毛病。能打压就打压,不顾后果。因为你已经和我们差不多了,所以,你必须承担更多的责任。

2019年很多人都很悲观,例如,1919年一战结束后,满目疮痍,即使经过十年经济也并没有好转,所以导致二次世界大战。但是,现代真正不是那样的打法。其实,金融战,媒体战,贸易战,等等早在2014年就在美俄之间干起来了。只是现在叫没有硝烟的战争。当然,笔者以为只要没有硝烟就不叫战争,那叫争端。争端总是能够解决的。通过谈判,通过经济手段,通过和平手段是可以解决的。

只要国际组织,联合国,双边多边机制存在就好办。不好办的就是退群。退群就是不受规则约束了。因此,最好是维护多边框架,多进行磋商。

特朗普一开始那么强硬,说不能等,但最后,朝鲜半岛还是出现了柳暗花明。这是因为朝鲜半岛的事情不是美国一家说了算,至少是六方,六方不好使,那么四方参与还是比较有效的。有了这四方的参与就会稳定许多。

因此,我觉得虽然很多人因为年老多病对未来没有信心,经济上也到了金融危机的危险期,但是,总的来说,只要没有战争,人们就需要工作,只要工作就要有生产,有生产就会有生意。所以,人类如果好好规划一下,该休息的休息,该工作的工作,未来还是比较美好的。我依然持乐观态度。因为有钱人在经济好的时候不知道怎么花钱,也不想花,但经济不景气了,他们就有用武之地了。

我的视野很有限,只顾这个地球了,至于地球以外的事情怎样,有何潜力,实在是没有精力挖掘。在这个地球上都已经缩小了活动范围。

北欧绿色邮报网报道(记者陈雪霏)– 对于中国要建立信誉制度,外界褒贬不一,一方面,全民都觉得老百姓上当受骗太多,急需建立信誉制度。于是阿里巴巴等很多公司和政府一起要建立信誉评估制度,结果又被外界理解为对每个公民的监督十分严厉,又有对人权限制的嫌疑。我身边的一些瑞典朋友也对此非常感兴趣,担心不要矫枉过正。其实中国所做的每一件事情也都是有原因的。而且中国人做事也是比较认真的,因此,有些人觉得过于严厉,但是,他们不知道,如果不严厉,中国人是十分聪明的。总是会有漏洞。 总的来说,中国要建立诚信制度,就必须采取措施,采取措施,可能有些人就不会太舒服。但是,笔者坚持认为,如果你没做错事,你就不必担心。如果你整天想钻空子,那有可能有些空子会被堵上,就是这么回事。

那么瑞典的信誉制度如何,是怎么建立起来的呢?在瑞典的信誉制度至少是从1992年那次房地产次贷危机开始,那些欠债不还的,或者是没有能力还债的,对他们的惩治办法就是过简单生活,忍受至少五年,然后,一切从头开始。简单生活就是没有电视,没有出国旅游,没有大吃二喝。例如,最近,笔者遇到一家这样的瑞典公民。因为当初想投资盖房,搞旅游。结果借了很多债,但是,后来,却还不起了。于是,银行决定不再借贷给他,而且,要求他们必须把工资的一部分继续还给银行。结果,他们最后不得不住在自己的房车里。不能出去旅游,也不能住房子,因为已经没有了房子。唯一可能的就是继续努力工作,勤俭节约。

另一方面,笔者自己也经历过两次被检查。那就是当我买大件的时候,例如,买电脑,或者是印报纸。第一次,买电脑的时候,电脑公司命令一个公司查看我以往付账的情况,发现没有问题。然后,查询公司给我发一封信,把他们的评估结论送给我。说没有问题。

另一个是最近印报纸,印刷公司把账单打到我家,但是,写的是公司的名字,结果,被打回去了。他们交给查账公司。查账公司要求我把钱付给他们。我立即付账,并告诉印刷公司是他们写错了。问题立即解决。

这说明,在瑞典有各种各样的公司,例如,你欠账不还,或者到期不还,人家就给你发提醒单,提醒单是要加钱的,欠款不能及时还,还是要付滞纳金的。或者还没按期还,人家就把你送交催债公司。一旦你被送到催债公司,那时的费用还要进一步升级。同时,此时你的信誉就要受损了,因为此时,你的信誉里就有了这样的记录,即你被追债,你没有及时还债等等。

不过,因为瑞典人早就开始防范人们的不诚实,所以,摄像头早就安装了,现在人们也见怪不怪了,而且有的地方也不装了。人们觉得大家本来都应该很诚实嘛。另外,由于这里也讨论过互联网安全之类的事情,所以确实也有一批人对欧洲过度的监视感到很反感。 也提出过批评。

因此,现在一方面很多地方不装摄像头,即使装了也不是全部,以至于有朋友的电脑背包在汉堡包店被偷走。最后,把包丢在图书馆里,把电脑给拿走了。

瑞典有的小偷也确实比较文明,只偷钱和手机或者电脑可以换钱得东西,其他证件之类的有可能给你送到失物招领的地方。

最新报道显示,瑞典的小偷大多都是有国际背景的。本地土生土长的小偷不多。

The aim is to increase exchange of information and cooperation between Finnish and Indian specialists and authorities.

During a meeting between State Secretary Anttonen and India’s Minister of State for External Affairs Vijay Kumar Singh on 10 January, two Memorandums of Understanding between Finland and India were signed, one on cooperation in the cyber security sector and another on the peaceful use of outer space. Permanent State Secretary Matti Anttonen visited India on 8–10 January 2019.

The National Cyber Security Centre of the Transport and Communications Agency of Finland (TrafiCom) and the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) are responsible for the document dealing with cyber security. The Memorandum of Understanding is based on the parties’ wish to engage in closer cooperation in cyber security matters. In networked societies, cyber threats faced by one sector usually affect also all other sectors. The aim of the cooperation is both to improve exchange of information between the parties on various cyber threats and to improve their capacity to prevent and resolve different cyber security incidents. Finland is known for its very high expertise in cyber security matters.

The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland and the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) are responsible for the Memorandum of Understanding on the space sector. The cooperation is based on India’s capacity to offer cost-effective launches of small satellites and Finnish organisations’ growing interest in satellite systems of their own. So far, three Finnish satellites have been launched from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) in India: Aalto-1 of the Aalto University in June 2017; Finland’s first commercial satellite, Iceye Oy’s ICEYE-X1, in January 2018; and Reaktor Space Lab’s Hello World satellite in late November 2018.

Maximum length of a vehicle combination 34.5 metres

The maximum length of a vehicle combination in road traffic will increase from 25.25 to 34.5 metres. The maximum permissible mass remains at 76 tonnes. New type of vehicle combinations that differ from the current standards may also be used on the road. A Government decree on the matter will enter into force on 21 January 2019.

The maximum length of other vehicles than buses and coaches will increase from 12 to 13 metres, the new drawing length of a semi-trailer will be 18 metres and the length of the actual semi-trailer 16 metres.

The maximum permissible length of a combined truck and a semi-trailer will go up from 16.5 to 23 metres. The maximum length of a combination of a car and a centre-axle trailer on the road will be 20.75 metres instead of the current 18.75 metres.

Before the decree was amended, the so-called HCT trucks, whose lengths and masses differ from what is currently allowed, were tested since 2013.  In terms of maximum permissible masses, a preliminary review of the present road network showed that the current maximum permissible mass for a combined vehicle (76 tonnes) cannot be sustainably increased throughout the network. The Transport and Communications Agency, TrafiCom, may also in future grant fixed-term deviation permits for vehicle combinations that exceed the general limit values.

Stricter requirements for long combinationsThe requirements in the decree concerning turnability and stability of long combinations are stricter than what was allowed in the trial. The requirements for combinations also include camera systems for side visibility, an advanced emergency braking and lane detector system, electronic driving stability system and electronically controlled brakes.

The requirement of turnability may affect the planning of intersection areas, and the need for restriction signs in the present intersections continues to exist. However, the long combinations do not really need to access different places but they will mainly be used for connections between terminals, larger shopping centres and production plants, and they will mostly be used outside rush hours, like in the night-time.

The changes in the lengths of vehicle combinations are estimated to gain significant benefits, especially in transport of sea containers, general cargo and foodstuff. These represent nearly 50% of the cargo transport on roads.

China grants first export licence for Finnish fish products

STOCKHOLM, Jan. 10(Greenpost) — In connection with an export promotion visit by the Finnish Food Authority and Permanent Secretary Jaana Husu-Kallio from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, China has granted its first export licence for Finnish fish products. The export authorisation granted by the Chinese authorities is specific to certain establishments, and it currently applies to one Finnish fish product manufacturer, according to a press release from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

The export licence concerns Finnish fish only, while Norwegian salmon cannot be exported to China via Finland. The licence is applicable to certain fish species and products, including frozen, salted and smoked Finnish salmon, rainbow trout, common whitefish (lavaret) and roach fish.

– Promoting the blue bioeconomy is one of the Finnish Government’s key projects. The opening of the Chinese markets for fish products means enormous opportunities for the whole fisheries sector in Finland. The global demand for fisheries products from our clean waters keeps growing, says Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Jari Leppä.

Opening the export licences has been prepared as a collaborative effort by the export team of the Finnish Food Authority (until the end of 2018 the Finnish Food Safety Authority Evira). The Chinese authorities have been provided with comprehensive analyses on the manufacture of fish products in Finland, and the authorities have visited Finland to inspect the production facilities.

STOCKHOLM, Jan. 10(Greenpost)– China Finland Year of Winter Sports has begun, announced Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture in a press release reaching here today.

The year 2019 was designated as the China Finland Year of Winter Sports at the meeting of the Finnish and Chinese presidents in spring 2017. Finland is the first country with which China has agreed on this type of winter sports partnership. The thematic year and the preparations for the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing are expected to boost Chinese interest in Finnish winter sports expertise.

According to Minister for European Affairs, Culture and Sport Sampo Terho, the thematic year presents excellent opportunities for Finland in terms of both winter sports expertise and the commercial aspects of the industry.

“Because Finland is the first country with which China has agreed on this type of winter sports partnership, this gives Finland significant visibility and a competitive advantage compared to other winter sports countries leading up to the 2022 Beijing Olympics and Paralympics. Finland has a great deal of opportunities and a lot to offer, particularly when it comes to coaching, building venues for winter sports, sports technology, manufacturing sports equipment and teaching physical education in schools,” says Minister Terho.

The thematic year is focused on four main themes: 1) training and coaching, 2) sustainable development and equality, 3) travel and tourism and 4) competitive and performance sports.

Minister Terho will travel to Beijing to attend the opening of the thematic year, which will take place on 15 January 2019. The closing of the thematic year will be held in Rovaniemi in December.

The thematic year is made up of more than 60 different events, with highlights including the Chinese New Year celebration in Helsinki in February, the “Women’s Month” of April, when Finland hosts both the Women’s World Ice Hockey Championships and the World Synchronized Skating Championships, and three events – Helsinki Education Week, the SMASH sports technology event and GoExpo Winter – taking place in November. As the “Country of Honour” at the 2019, World Winter Sports Expo in Beijing, Finland will have the opportunity to present its knowhow in various areas of winter sports.

In addition to the thematic year, Business Finland has established the Winter Sports Cluster growth programme, which aims to develop cooperation and export opportunities for Finnish businesses with an eye towards the 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic games in Beijing.

High-level visits boost cooperation

The Finnish and Chinese presidents agreed on the 2019 joint year of winter sports during President Xi Jinping’s state visit to Finland in April 2017. To coordinate the arrangements for the thematic year, Finland and China established a working group in charge of the joint programme during Sampo Terho’s visit to Peking and Harbin in March 2018.

The year of winter sports is a joint initiative of various ministries, cities, the Finnish Olympic Committee, the Finnish Paralympic Committee, individual sports associations and sports institutes.

中国深圳创新创业大赛第三届国际赛于2018年12月1日正式启动。大赛集聚海外优质项目,整合创新创业资源,协助海外创新创业项目对接中国高新产业资源,开拓中国市场,实现互利共赢。

The 3rd China (Shenzhen) Innovation & Entrepreneurship   International Competition has officially been launched on December 1st,   2018. The competition will attract numerous high-quality overseas start-up   projects, in order to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship resources to help   foreign innovators and entrepreneurs connect with Chinese hi-tech industrial   resources, thus expanding the Chinese market for win-win results.

本届大赛于2018年12月1日到2019年2月28日期间接受报名,2019年3月将在全球9个国家的10个城市分别举办10场海外分站赛,同期专业赛启动项目初选。2019年4月,海外分站赛和专业赛晋级的100多个优秀项目将集聚深圳,瞄准大赛最高荣誉和奖项,通过专业赛决赛、行业决赛和总决赛展开多轮激烈角逐。

 

大赛总奖金为1120万元人民币,分别是海外分站赛决赛(总奖金290万元)、专业赛(总奖金150万)、行业决赛(总奖金250万元)和总决赛(总奖金430万元),其中单个选手将有机会获得共计140万元的大赛奖金。大赛除设置丰厚的奖金外,还为优质创业项目提供产业奖励、科技金融、项目孵化等政策支持。

 

Registration for the competition is open from December 1st, 2018 to February 28th, 2019. In March 2019, Overseas Division Competitions will be held in 10 cities across 9 countries, and the preliminary round for the Professional Competition will start at the same time. As a result, more than 100 outstanding projects selected from the Overseas Division Competitions and Professional Competition will meet in Shenzhen in April 2019 and compete for the final awards.

 

The competition offers a total prize pool of RMB 11.2 million (1.43 million Euros), including RMB 2.9 million (370,000 Euros) for Overseas Division finalists, RMB 1.5 million (190,000 Euros)  for Professional finalists, RMB 2.5 million (320,000 Euros)  for Industrial finalists and RMB 4.3 million (550,000 Euros) for grand champion. Each contestant may stand the chance to win a total prize of RMB 1.4 million (180,000 Euros) . In addition to the prizes, the competition also provides high-quality entrepreneurship projects with support such as industrial incentives, financial technology and project incubation.

  1. Gathering of venture capital investment and integration of resources. 

Up to 40 venture capital organizations will participate in the international competition. A number of renowned investment organizations represented by Shenzhen Capital Group, Shenzhen Green Pine Capital, Oriental Fortune Capital, Cowincapital and Green Orange Capital will connect directly during the competition and form a venture capital fund pool of RMB 25 billion (3.2 billion Euros) to carry out portfolio investment on outstanding competition projects. During the division competitions, investment organizations and investors from Shenzhen will serve as judges and supervisors and engage in project connections in different countries and divisions. All participating projects will be provided with social capital investment opportunities through the investment connection service platform of the competition. Meanwhile, two banks will be selected to offer various forms of financial service solutions such as “investment and financing loans” and “talent loans” so as to offer more options to the settling companies in terms of financing and facilitate the development of contestants.

新闻分析:金正恩为何再次访华?

2019年新年一始,朝鲜领导人,35岁的金正恩于1月7日到9日乘火车对中国进行访问。1月8日是他的生日,据报道,习近平主席和夫人彭丽媛与金正恩共进四个小时的晚餐。

这是金正恩一年之内第四次访问中国。他为何在此时访问中国?笔者认为这里有三个原因:

首先,他是真心想解决朝鲜半岛问题,希望能尽早解除国际社会对朝鲜的制裁,希望国际社会能够象对待一个正常国家一样对待朝鲜。

第二,要达到以上目的,他不但要和特朗普通报,和韩国总统文在寅通报,他也要向中国国家主席习近平通报。因为他觉得这样做对朝鲜有利。对提升他自己的国际地位和让国际社会认可都有好处。

第三,他是想尽快摆脱朝鲜的被动局面。以前,朝鲜向中国靠拢,中国并没有承诺成为保护伞,中朝关系不同于美韩关系。但是,习近平上台后,金正恩在稳固了自己的国内地位之后,权衡利弊,觉得中国还是可以成为自己的可信赖的朋友。他看待习近平也是象看待一位长辈一样。中国是从促成朝鲜半岛真正实现和平的角度真诚地帮助有关各方促成谈判。

但是,美国其实并不想彻底解决朝鲜半岛问题,朝鲜半岛局势紧张可以成为美国长期驻扎韩国的借口。一旦南北局势和缓了,就没有美国什么事了,美国还有什么理由呆在韩国呢?因此,一旦局势缓和,美方就会找查儿。当然,朝鲜和韩国此前也是没想好,双方都感觉不是南方统一北方,就是北方统一南方,所以,互相都是有你死我活的斗争心态。现在,金正恩和文在寅的思路是保持现有状态,各自管好自己的地盘就行了。在此基础上,如果能合作就是最好的了。如果能达成这样的共识,其实,问题就解决一大半了。也不需要什么核武器了。但是,如果美国一直在韩国驻扎,时不时进行军事演习,放在谁身上,都不得不权衡其安全。

因此,朝鲜半岛问题真正要解决,必然是以美国撤出朝鲜半岛为前提。但是,美国必然不愿意做出此举。那么,只能是朝鲜和韩国首先要达成共识,然后,在美国和中国的协调下,在国际社会的见证下,让美国觉得自己没有必要继续在朝鲜半岛存在。或者说,长期在那里驻扎就是存粹为美国浪费资源。这种思维,在特朗普身上是可以实现的。

但是,特朗普时刻咬牙切齿放狠话,都是为了突出美国的伟大,美国的强大,美国的不可一世。其实,一个国家真的伟大的时候,人们也都会自然地承认。一个国家走下坡路的时候,世人也会有所察觉,不是你自己说怎么样就怎么样的。当然,这个道理适用于所有国家。

在当今世界,大多数人都是渴望和平,并不希望战争,因此,如果能实现和平,或者说,只要能保证和平,那么他就是英雄。

笔者以为,对于朝鲜半岛问题,有关各方应该认真思考,它不是伊拉克问题。伊拉克问题之所以长期得不到解决,就是因为伊拉克长期面临国际制裁。当然,一开始它也是有点儿活该,谁让你以大欺小呢!但是,朝鲜半岛不一样。朝鲜问题是美国长期希望北朝鲜垮台。主要是要换领导。但是,中国并不这样认为,因为中国总是希望自己的周边国家都是和平稳定,集中精力发展经济,让所有人过上幸福生活,这是最好的国际形势。

相反,如果让朝鲜陷入艰难的困境,它可能会重蹈伊拉克的覆辙。中国不希望朝鲜垮,因此,不可能见死不救。所以,最好的办法就是国际社会,尤其是美国要解除对朝鲜的制裁。中国也在积极鼓励朝鲜集中精力搞建设。

当然,金正恩此时访华说明他对中国国家领导人是信任的,也是有期望的。预示着中朝关系比以前要好。中朝关系友好也对世界和平有利。因此应该坚持友好接触,以其尽早解决朝鲜半岛问题。

时评:特斯拉来了,北京汽车加油!

正当北京中美贸易谈判之时,美国特斯拉全电动汽车冲入上海,对北京汽车构成竞争。堪比华为到瑞典与爱立信翘首相望。一个国家有这样的胆量和勇气,就是真正自信的表现。

2013年两会期间,北汽集团董事长徐和谊坦言为修建充电桩的土地发愁。笔者为之抱不平,因为北京的空气污染和雾霾真的成为人们的眼中钉肉中刺,但是,如果让某些人舍出地方来建充电桩,就开始横加阻拦。现在北汽越来越威武,这是好事,可喜可贺。但是,看报道,他们还在生产传统燃油汽车,那就象穿新衣还必须穿旧鞋和旧袜子一样,包袱会很沉重。

一个瑞典朋友在瑞典就是卖特斯拉的,因此,曾经坐过一次特斯拉,和沃尔沃一样敦实,舒适,能量一样饱满,真的是无可挑剔。未来,如果人们能象追逐奔驰宝马和沃尔沃一样追逐特斯拉,那么将是对环保和预防雾霾的有力推动,是大好事。南北之间有点儿竞争也是健康的市场经济的表现。

随着中国社会福利制度的不断完善,鼓励创新和新的绿色生活方式的转变,相信中国的环境会越来越好。

当然,你也不能指望政府永远给你补贴,你也必须努力适当时候找到工作,及时管好自己。中国人喜欢攀比,因此,大家都是很积极向上想自己赚钱的,但是,君子爱财要取之有道这是第一,第二就是要适可而止,不要有太大的压力。而这一点上就需要政府的社会保障的完善。有了社会保障,人就不会那么紧张了,人不那么紧张,幸福感就会提高了。有了幸福感,就说明中国梦可以早日实现了。所以,笔者希望南有特斯拉,北有北汽,尽早改善北方的空气质量。

更重要的是,在当今就发生在这两天,这是中国政府对贸易谈判的最诚挚的实际行动。

习近平主席曾经许诺更大开放市场准入,允许独自企业来中国投资,这就是对承诺的认真执行。说明中国是值得信任的,中国是负责,也遵守承诺的。
