BEIJING, Oct. 16 (Xinhua) — China’s installed capacity of wind power generation facilities that are connected to the power grid had reached 105 TW by the end of June and is estimated to reach 120 TW by the end of this year, according to Zhu Ming, vice deputy of the Department of New Energy and Renewable Energy of the National Energy Administration (NEA).
The 13th Five-year Plan period (2016-2020) will be a key period for China’s adjustment of the energy supply mix and the development of renewable energy, said Zhu.
The Chinese government has set a target to boost the share of non-fossil fuels in the country’s primary energy consumption to 15 percent by the end of 2020.
丹麦将在2020年实现集体供暖20%来自太阳能
北欧绿色邮报网报道（记者陈雪霏）－－据瑞丹边界的跨海大桥额雷顺德消息，丹麦不但在风能方面在世界领先，而且在太阳能方面也名列前茅。
丹麦《工程师》杂志报道说，丹麦计划在2020年，就是5年后实现集体供暖方面的能源使用20%来自太阳能。
这主要得益于从2016年开始，国家将大幅度投资于太阳能安装使用，太阳能成本将大幅下降。

中国电影展将在斯德哥尔摩举行
北欧绿色邮报网报道（记者陈雪霏）－－据中国驻瑞典大使馆微信，为庆祝中瑞建交65周年，让瑞典民众和旅瑞华人华侨了解和欣赏当代中国电影，中国驻瑞典大使馆将于11月4日－8日在斯德哥尔摩举办中国电影展。
中国驻瑞典文化处参赞浦正东在接受北欧绿色邮报网电话采访时表示，本次中国电影展是中国广电总局和瑞典文化部的一次交流合作。中国电影展将在瑞典电影学院举办。
参加本次电影展的有三部片子，4日开幕式首次放映的是《大圣归来》。11月5日放映《破风》，体育影片，在国内上映一周后，《破风》的票房破亿。11月7日放映喜剧片《洋妞到我家》，11月8日再次放映《大圣归来》。

警惕新纳粹 自觉保安全

瑞典昨天上午发生1940年以来，人称最严重的校园袭击事件。堪称震惊世界。一个21岁的白人小伙儿，名字叫安东.彼得森。堪比挪威28岁的安德斯.布雷维克在2012年制造的奥斯陆恐怖袭击事件，造成77人死亡。
相比之下，瑞典的彼得森是身穿《星球大战》的黑衣服，蒙面，手持利剑，把自己打扮成一个化装的大侠或者是剑客。而布雷维克是放了炸药，先炸大楼，然后，又沉着地开车到工党学生开会的岛上，蒙骗过警察，然后冷酷地用枪一个个地杀人。
彼得森走到哥德堡附近的特莱尔海顿小城的校园里，一进门，见到第一个人就刺了他。重伤致死。然后到教室，敲门，来开门的男生，一露面，就被刺。一个辅导员企图拦他，被刺死，另一个学生也被刺。一个老师被刺，结果造成两死两伤。一个15岁的女孩打电话报警，警察赶来时，犯罪嫌疑人在楼上，他袭击警察，警察开了两枪。犯罪嫌疑人死亡。
这个彼得森呆在家里，以前喜欢音乐，现在喜欢重金属，死亡金属音乐。在Facebook上下载了这样的音乐。表现出他对德国纳粹和瑞典极右党的兴趣，喜欢批评移民政策的言论和人。他大部分时间喜欢玩儿电脑。
笔者以为，这和以往很多枪击事件相似。他肯定是比较孤僻。他肯定是对移民不满，因此，在动手的时候，也是有选择的。他没有布雷维克那么老练，预谋了那么久。但是，他是有所准备，有所策划的。
瑞典尽管一直强调平等，不许歧视，但是，事实上，因为移民数量的增多，新纳粹势力逐步增强，尽管瑞典政府和在野党都在极力孤立种族主义分子，尽力避而不谈此事，但是，青年失业问题，造成一些人对社会不满。
所以，瑞典这个被认为是人间天堂的地方，也开始出现了这样的事件。瑞典政府已经采取措施防止恐怖袭击。但是，校园惨案发人深省。
除了在政策上要应对，普通人也应该加强安全意识，学校也要加强防范意识。瑞典是一个非常自由的社会，这样的事件，会让我们感到有必要加强安全防范意识。例如雇保安，有登记制度等等。总之，这个事件是我们这个时代的悲剧。希望每个人都能加强安全防范意识，同时，也要继续保持宽容的心态。
The 26th Stockholm Film Festival focuses on migration

In an interview with Green Post, Scheynius said that this year attracts 190 films from 70 countries and regions in the world.
“We have a section called spotlight, this section focuses on migration. The reason for that is a question that is touching us all in the society.” said Scheynius.
瑞典人用看电影的方式来对付黑暗的11月
北欧绿色邮报网报道（记者陈雪霏）－－第26届斯德哥尔摩电影节将于11月11日－22日举行。中国艺术家艾未未将出席电影节并作为评委颁发斯德哥尔摩影响奖。
电影节组委会20日在斯德哥尔摩市中心的国王花园酒店举行发布会介绍本次电影节。
电影节组委会主任赛妞斯在接受北欧绿色邮报网采访时说，本届电影节的主题是移民。这个主题是根据世界潮流而定的。当下正逢其时。
赛纽斯说，今年有包括中国在内的70个国家的190部电影参加电影节的放映。其中有赵亮导演的作品。
另外，赛纽斯非常高兴地表示今年终于把著名艺术家艾未未请来出席电影节并为斯德哥尔摩影响奖颁奖。该奖项是斯德哥尔摩市政府出资赞助的首届奖，资金100万克朗是世界上电影节最大的奖金。
赛妞斯说，去年第25届电影节期间来看电影的人数达到历史最高纪录。渴望今年来人更多。她说，这也是瑞典人对付黑暗天气的一个办法。每年11月，瑞典的天气一般都是阴雨连绵，让人感觉非常压抑难受。也就是在这种时候，电影节开始了，人们可以在室内享受艺术，然后，圣诞灯在市中心点亮，等过了圣诞节，人们又开始了新的一年。
今年首部上映的影片将是希腊的《龙虾》。该片导演Lanthimos将获得斯德哥尔摩远见奖颁奖。
英国电影导演Stephen Frears将获斯德哥尔摩电影节终生成就奖。瑞典的纪录片《我是英格丽》将在电影节期间放映。
演员Ellen Burstyn因为电影《爱丽丝再也不住这儿了》将获得斯德哥尔摩成就奖。
从11月11日开始，到11月22日，190部来自70个国家的电影将在瑞典各个影院上映。电影都是英文或是原文带英文字幕的。
当然，对付黑暗的方式还有使用蜡烛。以后再细说。

China becomes 1st largest industrial robot market worldwide
BEIJING, Oct. 16 (Xinhua) — China sold 57,000 sets of industrial robots in 2014, up 55 percent year on year, said Xu Xiaolan, the executive member of China Economic and Social Council on Friday.

Special conference on Belt and Road concludes in Beijing
BEIJING, Oct. 16 (Xinhua) — A special conference of Asian political parties concluded in Beijing Friday, with participants voicing support for China’s Belt and Road initiative.
Hosted by the Communist Party of China, the Asian Political Parties’ Special Conference on the Silk Road opened on Wednesday. Delegates of over 60 political parties and organizations from more than 30 countries on four continents attended the conference.
According to a document titled “Beijing Initiative” announced during the concluding meeting of the conference, China’s Belt and Road Initiative is warmly welcomed and supported by leaders and representatives of the political parties and organizations.
The leaders and representatives believe that the Belt and Road Initiative offers a new opportunity for countries along the Silk Road to attain common development on a mutually beneficial basis, and brings new hope for countries to “overcome temporary difficulties.”
They called on relevant countries to participate in, plan and build the Belt and Road projects together, thereby turning the initiative’s grand vision into reality, according to the “Beijing Initiative.”
Chinese Vice President Li Yuanchao said at the concluding meeting that the conference has achieved significant results. He called on political parties, industrial and commercial circles as well as media organizations to make joint efforts to push forward construction of the Belt and Road.

瑞典哥德堡实行6小时工作制效果好
北欧绿色邮报网报道（记者陈雪霏）－－瑞典哥德堡市政在两家老人院实行6小时工作制试验，到目前为止，效果不错。
据哥德堡发来的消息，老人院工人护士在实行6小时工作制以后，身体明显好转，病假少了，工作热情也提高了。老人也感到护士人员工作态度更热情了。
左翼党负责人贝尔玛表示，这种效果早在春季就已经凸显了。他说这说明市政敢于创新，积极改善公务员的工作环境。
不过这个结果依然是阶段性结果，目前已经实施近一年了。试验总共是两年时间，牵涉社会保障，就业，税务等多个部门。
Better care with 6-hour workday in Gothenburg

STOCKHOLM, Oct. 19 (Greenpost)－－Six-hour workday has so far proved to be a good policy for Svartedalen elder care home in Gothenburg, according to a press release from Gothenburg.
Fewer sick leaves, improved continuity and less stressed employees are the effects of 6-hour workday in Gothenburg. These are the findings in the first partial research report of the 6-hour workday project at Svartedalen elder care home.
Even the elders at Svartedalen feel like they get a better care and more time with the staff. In interviews they describe the staff as more alert and happier. They also feel that they have more time for activities and greater autonomy. Councillor Daniel Bernmar (Left Party) is not surprised about the positive results.
– Already in the spring, we could meet a happier and less stressed group of staff. They talked about how they gave a better care to the elders and got more time for their families, he says.
Bernmar also argues that the project shows that Gothenburg is open to innovations in working life and dare to try new approaches.
– We run this project to show that it is possible to reduce the working hours with good results and to share best practices, he says.
Pay Drechsel wins 2015 IWA Development Award
Stockholm, Oct. 18(Greenpost)–Pay Drechsel, IWMI’s research theme leader for Resource Recovery, Water Quality and Health, has won the 2015 International Water Association’s Development Award for Research, according to news reaching here from Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The award has just been presented at the opening ceremony of the IWA’s Development Congress and Exhibition in Amman, Jordan on Sunday, October 18.
“The award is granted in recognition for Pay’s contributions to science which have led to demonstrable impact in low and middle income countries,” said Ger Bergkamp, Executive Director of IWA. “[He is] an example to the water community in each corner of the globe.”
Drechsel’s research has played an important role in developing options for safe wastewater use in countries where treatment capacities are low and informal wastewater irrigation is common. His studies continue to explore the importance of irrigated urban and peri-urban agriculture for food security in cities.
The award, which is granted every two years, recognizes his long track record in research which has contributed to the development of low-cost safety options along the farm to fork pathway. This work directly supported the World Health Organization’s multi-barrier concept for safe wastewater irrigation, as has been acknowledged by Robert Bos, the former WHO Coordinator of Water, Sanitation and Health.
“This recognition is a fantastic acknowledgment of more than a decade of research,” said Drechsel. “I have been strongly supported in this by my dear colleagues, students and partners, as well as the International Water Management Institute which entrusted me with the task to conceptualize and coordinate our work on water quality, food safety and resource recovery”.
“This Award from the IWA, the largest global association of water professionals, is also very special as most of our work is been carried out in those places where the technical solutions we all prefer to see are not yet in place.”
German by birth, Drechsel graduated as environmental scientist from the University of Bayreuth and started his career as consultant in Africa. He then became as research coordinator for the continent at the International Board of Soil Research and Management (IBSRAM), being first based in Bangkok and then Ghana where he opened the organization’s Africa office. After IWMI incorporated IBSRAM in 2001, Drechsel worked as its sub-regional representative, expanding the number of IWMI staff in Ghana from five to over thirty. In 2005 he became a research division leader. During his 11 years in West Africa, Drechsel comprehensively analyzed the links between rural-urban food demands and the urban footprint. Given the high density of irrigating farmers in and around cities, he was particularly interested in the pollution of water bodies and consequent food safety risks. This work influenced legislation in Ghana including national strategies, development plans and policies, as well as several international water reuse guidelines and their supplements produced by WHO, FAO and USEPA/USAID. His work on safe wastewater management was also one of several highlights cited in 2012 award of the Stockholm Water Prize to the International Water Management Institute.
Stockholm växer snabbast i Europa

STOCKHOLM, OCT. 18(Greenpost)– Nya siffror visar att Stockholms stad förväntas växa snabbast i hela Europa de kommande fem åren. säger Stockholms Handelskammare.
Stockholms diversifierade ekonomi med snabbt växande teknikföretag och många internationella huvudkontor drar till sig talang.– Stockholms stad är en internationell tillväxtregion. Befolkningsökningen är starkast i Europa och vi har många fördelar som internationella företag börjar få upp ögonen för, men vi har också ett antal utmaningar.När befolkningen växer med två bussar varje dag ökar kraven på investeringar i infrastruktur, bostäder och tunnelbana.
Det säger Maria Rankka, VD Stockholms Handelskammare, i en kommentar till siffrorna.
– Företagsklimatet i Stockholm är bra, men även solen har sina fläckar. Den tillväxtskadliga värnskatten borde tas bort och optionsskatten sänkas, avslutar Maria Rankka.

Nyföretagandet fortsätter öka i Göteborg

Stockholm, Oct. 18(Greenpost)– Nyföretagandet fortsätter öka i Göteborg, enligt en meddelande från Business Region Göteborg.
Göteborg är på väg att vända trenden inom nyföretagande. För femte kvartalet i rad ökar antalet nystartade företag i Göteborgsregionen. I de andra storstäderna går utvecklingen bakåt.
Nyföretagandet minskar i riket som helhet och i två av tre storstadsregioner. Det visar den senaste statistiken från Tillväxtanalys.
Men Göteborgsregionen sticker ut som ett positivt undantag. För andra kvartalet i rad har Göteborgsregionen den starkaste tillväxten av nya företag. Det är femte kvartalet i rad som utvecklingen är positiv i regionen.
– Vi ser ett trendbrott efter flera års arbete från många olika aktörer för att stimulera nyföretagande och entreprenörskap, säger Anna-Lena Johansson, chef för företagsutveckling på Business Region Göteborg som är medarrangör till Nyföretagardagen som just nu planeras.
Andra kvartalet i år startade 1 793 nya företag i Göteborgsregionen. Det är en ökning med 1,1 procent jämfört med samma period förra året.
Totalt i Sverige sjönk nyföretagandet med 6,1 procent i samma jämförelseperiod. Siffran dras ned av Malmöregionen där nyföretagandet minskade med 11,1 procent och Stockholmsregionen där minskningen blev 4,8 procent.
I absoluta tal toppar Stockholmsregionen med 5 263 nya företag. Malmöregionen stannade på 1 287 under kvartalet.

China expects broader education cooperation with Britain
Stockholm, Oct. 18 (Greenpost) — China’s Minister of Education Yuan Guiren on Friday praised the progress of education cooperation with Britain and called for more.
Britain is a major destination for Chinese students studying abroad and the number of British students who come to China has increased steadily, said Yuan, in an interview with Xinhua ahead of President Xi Jinping’s visit to Britain next week.
Last year, Chinese government sponsored 2,400 students studying in Britain and 224 British students in China. By the end of 2014, a total of 150,000 Chinese had studied in Britain. In 2014, more than 6,000 British students came to China, a notable increase from previous years.
“Increasing exchanges between young people of China and Britain not only open more opportunities for their personal development but also inject energy into the relationship in the long run,” he said.
Cooperation between universities has also picked up, with Chinese and British universities jointly setting up 17 institutions and 240 programs in China.

销售连锁店从去年9月30日的3338家增加到了3733家。
