China lawmaker calls for coordinated financial regulation
BEIJING, Feb. 25 (Xinhua) — A Chinese lawmaker on Thursday called for coordinated financial regulation headed by the central bank to contain systemic risk in an industry fraught with cross-sector financing products.
The current mechanism of separate supervision by different financial organs will naturally lead to poor understanding of risk, Gu Shengzu, a member of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee of the National People’s Congress, said at a press conference.
“The biggest economic risk China faces today is in the financial sector,” he stressed, singling out China’s turbulent stock market as a lesson to be learned for the regulatory mechanism.
Currently, China’s banking, securities and insurance industries are under separate regulators. As the financial market evolves, the boundaries of some financial services become blurred, leading to both overlapping regulation and supervision vacuum.
Gu suggested China move from segmented supervision to unified, led by the central bank, with greater emphasis on cross-sectoral regulation.

北欧绿色邮报网报道（记者陈雪霏）－－中国与欧盟2月29日在布鲁塞尔签署《中华人民共和国和欧洲联盟关于互免持外交护照人员短期停留签证的协定》。
2月29日，在比利时首都布鲁塞尔欧盟总部，中国驻欧盟使团团长杨燕怡（前左）、欧盟轮值主席国荷兰常驻欧盟代表德古耶（前中）和欧盟委员会内务总司司长帕克（前右）代表中欧双方签署协定文本。
根据协定，中国和欧盟持有效外交护照或欧盟通行证的公民，在缔约另一方旅行且每180日停留最长不超过90日时，免办签证。
据悉，下一步，双方将就签署更大范围的便利人员往来协定进行商谈，扩大中欧商务、旅游、留学签证便利，以促进人员往来，夯实中欧关系的民意基础。（新华社记者叶平凡摄）

Tove Lo wins Swedish Music Export Prize(图沃露获得2016瑞典音乐出口奖)

STOCKHOLM, March 1(Greenpost)–Swedish singer and song writer Tove Lo has won 2016 Swedisn Music Export Prize.
The 28 year old singer is currently working in Los Angles, USA. Her father Mangnus Nilsson received the prize for her.
Swedish Minister of Enterprise and Innovation Michael Damberg issued the prize.
“Music has become an important sector for Swedish to export. Last year the music export is 29 percent higher than that in 2014.”
He praised Tove Lo for her efforts to export Swedish music to the USA.
Talking about Swedish experience, he said Sweden tried to improve its culture and music from ground school education. A lot of investment has been invested in attracting young people’s interest in music. This has been a long process.
In an interview with Green Post, Nilsson said Tove Lo was her daughter’s nick name. It was a place where she liked very much. Later she took this name as her art name.
She really focused on singing and writing songs when she was 15 years old and her songs have been always among the top 25 near Hollywood and she has been cooperating with those artists there.
She is good at team building and team work and has been very creative.
Ander Hillberg won honorary prize for his modern music.
Swedish ABBA and Roxette and so on have been famous for their world influence in music world.
Sweden has been very generous in supporting music talents to work.

山西绛州木版年画是山西省非物质文化遗产，历史悠久，发端于宋金，兴盛于明清，较杨柳青、朱仙镇、桃花坞年画问世均早，最早见于北宋《佛说北斗七星经》之雕版插图。随着时代的变迁，绛州木版年画逐渐进入了衰落期。
绛州木版年画传承人、山西新绛县文化局退休干部吴百锁怀着对木版年画的痴迷，先后投资近200万元，坚持数十年搜集、整理、保护老版、老画稿、老画卷，他曾多次走访版画老艺人，学习版画制作技艺。2007年，吴百锁创建成立了绛州木版年画研制所，专门从事绛州木版年画的收集、整理、研究、创作工作。
一块上乘的木版在彻底磨损前，可以印一万份年画。为了保证品质，绛州木版年画从选料到雕刻再到上色都非常讲究，原料刨平、木版雕刻、细节打磨、年画印制、描边上色……一幅年画的制作需要七八道精细工序，最简单的彩色年画在印制时也需要进行至少三次上色，全过程需要耗费吴百锁超过半个月的时间。
与工作中的不苟言笑形成鲜明对比，吴百锁在为参观者讲解年画知识及其背后的历史故事时总是充满热情。“我希望有更多年轻人在关注木版年画的基础上，能跟我学习这门技艺，让绛州木版年画绽放新的光辉。”吴百锁说，“只要有人肯下功夫学，我愿意免费教授所有技艺。”

A Chinese woman gives birth to a second child of frozen sperms
STOCKHOLM, Feb. 27(Greenpost)–A Chinese woman in Xi’an, Terra Cotta Army hometown gave birth to a child at the beginning of the year of Monkey.
This was her second child born in the year of monkey.
Twelve years ago she received sperms and and gave birth to one child while the rest was frozen.
This marks the longest time of frozen sperms that make a child alive in China.

由云南高黎贡山国家级自然保护区腾冲分局提供的红外相机照片显示，一只云猫出现在大塘辖区大河岭干（2015年12月16日摄）。
2月26日，记者从云南高黎贡山国家级自然保护区腾冲分局了解到，继2014年10月在该保护区拍摄到珍稀动物云猫活动的照片之后，腾冲分局在香港嘉道理中国保育的支持下，加大红外线相机的投放密度和科研监测的频度，于2015年12月10日、16日、22日多次拍摄到云猫活动的清晰照片。
据悉，云猫是十分濒危的物种。相关人士认为，在高黎贡山自然保护区发现云猫的踪迹并拍摄到清晰的活动照片，意义重大。
